Being Grateful

As per Wikipedia: Gratitude, thankfulness, thanksgiving, or gratefulness, from the Latin word gratus ‘pleasing, thankful’, is a feeling of appreciation felt by and/or similar positive response shown by the recipient of kindness, gifts, help, favors, or other types of generosity, towards the giver of such gifts.

Gratitude is an emotion similar to appreciation that we are familiar with. But what we do not know is that gratitude plays an important role in shaping our lives and that gratitude is now becoming an important part of psychology research, and especially positive psychology research.

We believe in the profound saying, “Contentment is a treasure that is never exhausted “, has a great meaning. If you are not happy and satisfied with what you already have, if you are not grateful for the life you already are living, then no matter what you are chasing in life, once you get it you will still not feel fulfilled and peaceful.

I always tell my students: I don’t have a magic wand to help you get out of your jobs and land you in front of your dream house or in your private jet or on a beach. Having said that, YES I can help you create beautiful and everlasting days, where you can include these cherishing moments, in your lives more often to make you life more meaningful and purposeful and worth living.
